Frozen Banana

So the first thing I want to share with you is my Chocolate Covered Frozen Banana

This is the best alternative i've found to any frozen treat, when you froze a banana it becomes surprisingly creamy, and with some chocolate its just heaven, plus it won't melt so you can take your time eating it, or go into the sun without the fear of ending all sticky.

You will need:

1 Banana
1 Square (15gr) of chocolate, any type you like, white, dark, milk...
1 teaspoon of butter (optional)
cereal or any topping (optional)
1 Popsicle stick or a chopstick
wax paper
spoon
microwave safe  container

First you peel your banana insert the chopstick and place over the wax paper inside your freezer.

Wait about an hour, or until your banana is hard.

Place the chocolate (and butter if using) in a microwave safe container.

Microwave for 30 second remove and mix, repeat until the chocolate is melted and glossy (don't over cook or the chocolate will burn and go hard).

Take the banana out of the freezer and with a spoon cover it with the melted chocolate, it should harden up when it touches the frozen banana.

If you like you can add toppings

For those who are in the WWPP program this is a 2 point treat!
