Frozen Banana

So the first thing I want to share with you is my Chocolate Covered Frozen Banana

This is the best alternative i've found to any frozen treat, when you froze a banana it becomes surprisingly creamy, and with some chocolate its just heaven, plus it won't melt so you can take your time eating it, or go into the sun without the fear of ending all sticky.

You will need:

1 Banana
1 Square (15gr) of chocolate, any type you like, white, dark, milk...
1 teaspoon of butter (optional)
cereal or any topping (optional)
1 Popsicle stick or a chopstick
wax paper
spoon
microwave safe  container

First you peel your banana insert the chopstick and place over the wax paper inside your freezer.

Wait about an hour, or until your banana is hard.

Place the chocolate (and butter if using) in a microwave safe container.

Microwave for 30 second remove and mix, repeat until the chocolate is melted and glossy (don't over cook or the chocolate will burn and go hard).

Take the banana out of the freezer and with a spoon cover it with the melted chocolate, it should harden up when it touches the frozen banana.

If you like you can add toppings

For those who are in the WWPP program this is a 2 point treat!

Something Different

This is the first summer that I'm staying home, and I decided that I will make everyday count, making it different, I will be posting a lot of different things, specially recipes and things related to food because
I LOVE FOOD, really love it, i sometimes wish i had nothing else to do than cook and eat, you know, have a little orchard as Jamie Oliver does, and cook away my days.  But  its summer and its bikini season and i also wish i'd look as yummy as a triple chocolate cupcake does, in a bikini.

*Dilemma*

I've been on Weight Watchers (WW) for over a year now and Lost about 20 pounds, its not mucho, but last summer i kind of gained a lot that i had already lost, so this year I'm going to keep track of my point a little better, but most of all I'm going to be sharing some recipes for the summer munchies. There are a few thing i must say beforehand, i don't like butter substitute, and if i can help it while cooking I stay away from sugar substitutes too. Another thing is I'm a Nutella Addict, I should go to N.A (nutellaholics anonymous) but I don´t, because i just love it, and surprisingly enough, its not that fattening, its just one Weight Watchers Point Plus (WWPP) Point for a spoonful! thats nothing. so, evidently, I will use it A-LOT!!

But hey not everything is about food *sigh* so i will post some random things, mainly just my everyday summer, what i do and how.

Hope you enjoy reading about My Different Summer.
